Second Meeting - 20 November 2003

At our second meeting we did more demonstrations and discussed ideas for possible projects. Most of the pictures this time were done by the WISE students, who learned to use the camera. The pictures show some "fishtank optics" demos and diffraction of laser light from the evenly spaced marks on a CD. By the end of the afternoon it was decided to have two groups, who would work on sound waves and the optical properties of bubbles.
